Only verified users may schedule property viewings for buying, selling, renting, or leasing properties listed on the website. By verifying their identity, users consent to Property Marketplace sharing their personal information with property owners as part of the Brokerage Agreement.
5. Buying or Renting Property
If a registered user or a person related to them (spouse, common-law spouse, next of kin, brother, sister, etc.) enters into a contract for the sale or lease of a property after viewing it through the website, they must notify Property Marketplace within 3 days and provide a copy of the contract. Failure to comply will result in a compensation fee of €2,000, payable within 3 days of invoicing.

The Property Marketplace website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these external sites and do not endorse or guarantee their content.
7. Prohibited and Illegal Use
